Symbiosis celebrates International Student’s Day on 31 st July 2017 with fervor and gaiety. Multiple social and cultural events were organized, most significant of which is Blood Donation Drive arranged simultaneously at all campuses of Symbiosis in Pune and the campuses at NOIDA, Nashik,Bangalore and Hyderabad.

This year Blood Donation Drive was arranged by Symbiosis Centre of Health Care (SCHC), Symbiosis Institute of Health Sciences (SIHS) and Symbiosis College of Nursing (SCON).
The promotion of the Blood Donation Drive was done, across all campuses and locations of Symbiosis, in three stages – Awareness, breaking down the myths and encouraging blood donation through Poster Competition, street Plays and conducting motivational campaigns prior to the drive. Additionally, donors who were donating blood for the third time in a row were presented with a small token of appreciation in the form of brooch.
